Reservation:

  1. When you inquire about a tour, expect to hear from one of our tour agents within 24 hours to start planning based on your needs.
  2. Your booking becomes official once we receive your advance payment, following the latest itinerary we’ve sent you.
  3. Depending on your arrival, a 20% – 50% advance payment is required for all bookings.
  4. Upon receipt of payment, you’ll get a confirmation letter and payment receipt within three working days.
  5. After payment confirmation, we’ll handle all hotel arrangements, transportation, and more.
  6. The remaining balance for your tour package must be settled 15 days before your departure date.

Payment:

  1. Our quoted prices are in US dollars.
  2. Your travel advisor will email you detailed payment instructions. Full payment must be made before your departure date.
  3. You’re responsible for any bank charges associated with your payment. Payment methods include:
    • Credit card (online or offline)
    • PayPal
    • Wire transfer (bank transfer)

Cancellation and Refund:

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your tour agent.
  2. Cancellation fees per person from the total payment:
    • More than 45 days before departure: 10%
    • Between 15 and 45 days before departure: 20%
    • Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50%
    • Between 0 and 6 days before departure: 100%
  3. Try rescheduling rather than canceling; advance payments can be used for future tours.
  4. We typically don’t refund early checkouts or unused services.
  5. If you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, like a pandemic, you can receive a 100% refund 21 days before arrival in Sri Lanka.

Changes in Tour Itinerary:

  1. The tour package cost depends on the itinerary. Any changes after the confirmation may affect the total amount.
  2. We guarantee the accommodation specified in the chosen package. Once booked, hotels cannot be changed.
  3. We’ll do our best if you request a hotel change, but the expenses will be yours.

Passport & Visa: You’re responsible for the validity and accuracy of your passport and visas.

Travel Insurance: We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected losses.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for incidents beyond our control, such as acts of nature, war, or terrorism.

Force Majeure: We’re not responsible for losses due to acts of God, war, or similar situations.

Partial Bookings: We’re not liable for components not directly booked by us in a partially booked itinerary.

Shopping: We don’t guarantee the quality or value of any products purchased during your tour.
